ISMO is a subsidiary of IPS, Inc. (Japan), which has Points of Presence (POPs) in Japan and the Philippines and in several other countries/regions.

ISMO holds a Facilities Based Operator (FBO) license issued by the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA), allowing us to offer specific telecommunications Services including International Private Leased Circuits (IPLC).

ISMO has bulk capacities in the Philippines to Hong Kong segment [ 1 ] and the Philippines to Singapore segment [ 6 ] of 2C submarine cable system. ISMO is also able to offer access to an extensive Fiber Optic Network Infrastructure all over the
Philippines through its sister company  InfiniVAN, Inc. Philippines (another subsidiary of IPS, Inc.).
